L'espérance sportive de Zarzis (Esperance Zarzis) Tunisia is a sports club founded in 1934 and including a section based football Zarzis and it is in the early 1980s the club began to grow in size by joining the Division 2 South Central. Despite his demotion to the third division in 1983, because of youth and inexperience of his players, the club wants to keep his coach, the Bulgarian Romanov and managed to finally join the club level. It rises for first time in League I in 1991, for a year of running in, and returns again in 1994, losing its place among the elite only once (2003). In 2005, he won the cup against Esperance Sportive de Tunis (2-0), allowing it to participate for the first time in an African competition. .
The club operates in 2007-2008 in League I. and 2008-2009 in League II

Stadium Jlidi (ملعب الجليدي) is a multipurpose stadium located in Tunisia Zarzis . It hosts the matches of Esperance Zarzis Sports . Inaugurated in 2003, the stadium capacity is 2500 seats. Esperance Sportive de Zarzis previously played at the Stade Municipal de Zarzis which had only 1500 seats.
